What we collect
- Through the inquiry forms: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, preferred date(s) and time, consultation format, locality or venue details, and anything you choose to write in the message box. Katha requests also include the organization name and expected audience.
- We do not ask for your date, time or place of birth, palm photographs, identity documents or payment details on this website.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the website.
- Cookies: the website sets a single cookie named “lang” only when you choose a language, to remember your choice for up to one year. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
How we use your details
- To read and answer your inquiry, check availability and arrange the service you asked for.
- To contact you about that inquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing without your separate consent.
How your inquiry is delivered and kept
When you fill in a form and press “Send on WhatsApp”, the website opens WhatsApp with your details already typed. They reach Acharya Ji's WhatsApp only when you press Send there, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat. The form's details go from your browser straight to WhatsApp: this website does not receive, email or store them. Chats are kept only as long as they are needed to respond and to keep a record of services arranged, and are then deleted.
Who we share it with
Only with the hosting provider that runs this website, which processes the technical information above on our behalf; and with authorities where the law requires it. Messages you send on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.
WhatsApp, YouTube and social media
- WhatsApp buttons and the inquiry forms only open WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent on WhatsApp until you press Send, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your chat.
- Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play. A video's preview picture is loaded from YouTube's image server (i.ytimg.com) when the page shows it, so your browser contacts that server, which shares your IP address with YouTube.
- Links to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube open those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you have sent, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by contacting us by phone or WhatsApp on +91 75036 62613.
